Our Trainee Program intends to prepare graduates with high potential to take over positions with responsibility in the company.
It is designed to develop the graduate´s potential to its full extent. The program duration is 24 months, divided into periods of 4 to 8 months, allowing the trainee to work in different areas and locations of Bosch in Spain and Germany. During each placement project responsibilities are combined with day-to-day business in the department the trainee is assigned to.
The trainee Program can have a focus on business administration (Controlling, Logistics/Purchasing, Human Resources, Marketing/Sales) or a technical focus (R&D, Manufacturing, Technical Sales).
